Brazil Fazenda Bela Vista

Another delicious bean from Brazil - we got lucky with this batch! This coffee hails from the mountainous Sul de Minas region of Brazil. With its rich soil and mild climate, it is known for producing high-quality coffee. 

In the static-dried process, the coffee dries slowly in specially adapted boxes that alternate heat and cold air in 12-hour cycles. Coffee cherries continue dehydrating slowly while in contact with other cherries allowing fruity and winey notes to come forth.
