Sugarcane Decaf (also known as ethyl acetate, E.A.) uses an organic compound derived from sugarcane to remove 97% of the caffeine while maintaining the bean's unique flavor characteristics. E.A. is a naturally occurring solvent found in sugarcane, bananas, and many other fruits and imparts a delicate sweetness to the bean.
A perfect pairing with that post-dinner dessert or some evening reading.
