A classic washed Guatemala. Notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and fresh lime finish with a full, lingering body with just a twinge of acidity. The base for our Table Blend and fantastic as a single origin.
In the washed process, the bean is removed from the pulp and washed before drying. This process provides a clean, bright, and clear cup, bringing out the best of the origin.
