This Chiapas coffee boasts delicate flavors, featuring warm nuttiness, dried fruit sweetness, and a tea-like body. The Strictly High Grown (SHG) blend of Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varietals underwent meticulous processing—hand depulping, tank fermentation, and sun-drying.
