Introducing our first coffee from Peru! It hails from Chanchamayo, where the spirit of Minca fosters a deep sense of community among farmers. From the Central Highlands, these beans are grown between 1500 - 2400 masl. This washed process coffee is a perfect balance of body, acidity and flavor reminiscent of easy going weekend mornings.
